Gift Tag - Foiling

For one of teh processes i wanted to use, i decided that foiking would be most benifical. The foil adds a sense of luzery to products and fits with the 1990s style. 

I chose purple and blue foil to be in keeping with the theme. 

The foiling didnt come out as i expected. The ink on teh lack was not deep enough for the foil to process and has left a bloched print. The idea of foiling my tags, i feel, has now devloped into a 'tacky' aspect. I feel that these experiemnts are useful to have but i do not think i can use foiling within the end product. I feel that the images do not work with 90s styles and they look incomplete and rushed.
