Iphone Case Devel

With the iphone case i wanted to create a 1990s style. I used a Floppy disk as inspriation for the design. The use of creating this disk was to highlight the 1990s style and the development of technology. 

I obviously wanted to bring in teh colour scheme. Bright and garish aspects of the disk work well to portary 1990w styles.

I stroke outline; I chose to apply a stroke as in the 1990s this was a very popular in the decade.

Applying the design in various ways. The 1990s style was very 'in your face' with many layers and dramatic colours. 

I feel that i prefer the simple layout for the mobile phone cover. The floppy disk on the back of the iphone is meant to be a comical aspect. 

The use of placing the pattern onto the iphone case i feel works alot better however. The simple placemnet of teh pattern works well with the 1990s theme. and teh colour works well on both black and white backgrounds.

Taking inspiration from the pattern on the iphone case i wanted to carry on teh process of adding an icon of chaacter to teh designs. The use of 'cutting out' the image is also applicatble to the design. The style of the image is bold and using simular colours to the selected colour scheme. 

 I feel that this image doe not work well with the iphone cover. The image is to bold and i feel that a iconic photogrpahs of charcters works well. The image does suit the greyscale against the bright bold colours.
