Type Workshop One : Fibonacci Sequence

Type Workshop 1:

Design a publication based on your knowledge of type so far:

Presentation:
Fibonacci sequence:

The sequence is evident within design but also nature
Its based on ratios

Proportions -

A series of numbers which each number is the sum of two preceding numbers

0+1=1
1+1=2
1+2=3

0+1=1
1+1=2
1+2=3

Combined lengths : Draw two small squares together.

Continue to repeat this process.
55 POINT TITLE SHOULD BE
complimented with 34 POINT body copy by applying Fibonacci's sequence.

Dividing the page:

1.62 is the golden number (golden rectangle)
*Fibonacci sequence radtio 8.13 - links to Golden section

Forms the basis of paper sizes and its principles can be used as a means of achieving BALANCE

Basic calculations to  inding the golden section of a page:
1.62 divided with page witch

56cm
divide by 1.62
around 34.56 > round it to 35

divide 35 by 1.62 = 13.58 = 14

HAVE MULTIPLES OF GRIDS
