Its Nice That - GIF Experiments

For a section of my application - for example - the opening screen (loading page) i would of liked to be a gif. I had no idea how to create this so i had to experiment with functions and layers / tutorials on teh internet.

I knew that i wanted the design to include the pattern I had created, so i cahnged teh pattern from B/W to blue / green and also changed the layout formats of sect strand.

IDEA OF STRAND MEANING DNA:

In my app breakdown (previous) i described hwo certain sections of the desgn relates to DNA, as its nice that brief wanted to connect with it's orignial audience - whcih was students and TO GO BACK TO ITS ORIGINAL DNA.

Creating the GIF:

With the dynamics of the design changing - like how DNA strands change, i wanted to create the GIF to link in-between the green/blue as well as the yellow and purple.

I found as i continued my designs that the yellow purple against the green background was a stronger more prominent design feature. 

The idea for the GIF has made me re-think the colour scheme to a yellow and purple as i feel it works better for the audience and desnt inter fear as much with the information on the website because the shades and tones of blue and quite prominent on the website features.
